Overview

Edgewater is recruiting a Senior Management Analyst to support the planning and innovation task for CISA, infrastructure Security Division.

Responsibilities
    Develop and maintain organizational structure to include all P&I functions and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure implementation support activities are fully coordinated with CISA headquarters activities.
  • Coordinate regular implementation meetings across P&I organizations.
  • Develop targeted communication and/or education materials around specific areas of organizational transformational improvement efforts and related activities.
  • Gather and document lessons learned from ISD organizational improvement efforts and related activities.
  • Design briefings, surveys, and questionnaires regarding reorganization and related activities.
  • Develop interview techniques, surveys, and Frequently Asked Questions in support of all ISD stakeholders regarding organizational improvement efforts, strategy and policy updates, and related activities.
  • Draft, shape, or refine plans and outreach products prioritized by the P&I Director.
  • Develop and analyze and create interview, survey, and questionnaire results to establish data driven analysis in support.
  • Provide proactive executive-level support.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and display a commitment to achieving a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and a "no-task-too-small" approach to the work.
  • Demonstrate creative problem solving, critical thinking and practical time management skills.
  • Prepare daily binders for executive leadership with calendar and information pertaining to the day's engagements. Binders are updated every morning for that workday and contains calendars, read-aheads, agendas, and any additional materials principals may need.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and travel/meeting logistics for assigned executives.
  • Arrange travel and prepare travel vouchers and organized trip files.
  • Utilize the CATT system to track incoming requests and deadlines, download documents, create, and send tasks.
  • Receive and screen incoming calls and visitors.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence (memos, agendas, letters, meeting minutes, emails), including editing for grammar/template use.
  • Back-up other Executive Assistants as required.
Qualifications
  • Possess at least 10 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree
  • Must have at least ten (10) years / senior level experience which includes:
  • Ensuring implementation support activities are fully coordinated with CISA headquarters activities.
  • Coordinate regular implementation meetings across P&I organizations.
  • Develop targeted communication and/or education materials around specific areas of organizational transformational improvement efforts and related activities.
  • Gather and document lessons learned from ISD organizational improvement efforts and related activities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Leverage the full suite of Microsoft Office 365 (to include PowerPoint, Visio, Project, OneNote, SharePoint, Power BI) for task management, execution, delivery, and knowledge management.
